I am an Oregon based Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC and Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor CADCII, employing an eclectic approach that enables tailoring therapy to your individual needs and goals.
Using extensive experience w/individuals living w/mood disorders, chronic illness & families w/unhealthy behaviors in adolescents, I work with you to:
- Securely investigate thoughts, emotions & behaviors that cause burden & suffering.
- Investigate long held beliefs & at the same time offer a new perspective on a range of issues.
- Transform mental habits that are no longer serving you to healthier ways of being in the world & relationships.
- Re/Discover strengths & Experience success.

Evidence-Based therapies including: MCBT, ACT, CBT, DBT, MI, Solution Focused and parts work inspired by Internal Family Systems.
Brain & Behavioral Science including: HeartMath; Neuroscience; Behavioral Economics & Financial Psychology.
Eastern philosophies including yoga & Tibetan Buddhism are available as aspects of my eclectic approach, but are by no means pushed onto clients in a spiritual/religious sense.
I look forward to opportunities to work with adults interested in integration of experiences with other states of consciousness via psychedelic assisted therapies.
